: (1) The committee may make necessary rules for the implementation of the objectives of this Act and such rules shall be enforced after approval by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The establishment may make necessary regulations subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act in order to carry out its work and such regulations shall come into force after the approval of the committee.
